● 2 tbsp. of neutral cooking oil ● 2 tbsp. of tomato puree (pulp) ● 1 cup of water ● 250 gms. of pre-cooked protein (paneer/tofu/chicken/beef/fish etc.) or vegetables of your choice ● 1 portion Mangal Tikka spice mix
1. Add 1 portion of the Mangal Tikka spice mix, 2 tbsp. neutral cooking oil, 2 tbsp. of tomato puree and 1 cup of water to a pan 2. Stir the content of the pan on a medium heat for approximately 5 Minutes, till it comes to a simmer 3. Add 250 gms. of pre-cooked protein (paneer/tofu/chicken/beef/fish etc.) or vegetables of your choice to the pan and continue to cook for 5 minutes 4. Serve the dish hot
