● 2 tbsp. of neutral cooking oil ● 2 tbsp. of tomato puree (pulp) ● 200 gms. pan fried paneer ● 50 gms. boiled peas ● 1 cup of water ● 1 portion Mangal Paneer mutter spice mix
1. Add one portion of Mangal Paneer Mutter spice mix, 2tbsp. of Neutral cooking oil, 2tbsp. of Tomato Puree (pulp) & 1 cup of water to a pan. 2. Stir the content of the pan on a medium heat for approximately 5 Minutes, till it comes to a simmer 3. Add 200 gms. pan fried paneer & 50 gms. boiled peas to the pan and continue to cook for 5 more minutes on a medium heat 4. Serve the dish hot
