Sugar Mix:- Sugar, Subja (Lallemantia Royleana ) Kesar ( Safron ) Colour -Code - C1 19140 Tartrazine ( E-102 ) & C.I. 15985 Sunset yellow ( E-110) & permitted flavours. Vermecelli Ingredients :- Hard wheat semolina.
Required
Boil packet of vermecelli for 5 minutes & drain the water. Dissolve coloured sugar in 1/2 glass of water, keep it for 20 minutes. Take 2 glasses of Milk, 1/2 glass crushed ice, mid all together and add vermecelli. Ice cream can be added as topping on the glass.
