Required
1 medium chicken cut into pieces. 1/4 coconuts, 2 tbsp Mangal Korma Masala, 250 Gms grated onions, 1 cup yoghurt, 25 Gms each of cashew nuts and almonds, 1 Tbsp each of ginger and garlic paste, 250 Gms grated tomatoes, Salt to taste, 2 Tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
Method
Roast & Grind together nuts and coconut. Mix together chicken with ground paste, yoghurt, onions, and ginger & garlic. Set aside 1 Hour. Heat 3 Tbsp oil and add chicken along with all the above ingredients with the exception of coriander leaves. Cook till the oil comes to the top, put in 1 cup water and continue cooking till the gravy turns thick, decorate with coriander leaves.
