Ingredients
Onion, Poppy Seed, Cashew, Coriander, Mint, Chilli, Ginger, Garlic.

Mutton 500 Gms, Wheat 500 Gms, Ghee 100 Gms, 4 - 5 Green Chilli curshed, 2 1/2 Tbsp. Ginger & Garlic Paste, Mangal Haleem Masala 2 Tbsp., Onions 100 Gms
Method
Cook the wheat till soft. Clean and cook Mutton till tender. Mince and grind to fine paste. Heat Ghee, add Ginger, Garlic, Chilli Paste, then sliced Onions and fry till brown. Add Mangal Haleem Masala and Mutton, fry for some time. Add Mashed Wheat and Salt. Cook on slow fire till it leaves sides. Add Lime Juice, Garnish with Coriadner Leaves and finely sliced Onions.
