Chilli, Coriander, Salt, Garlic, Gram, Trifalla, Turmeric, Cumin, Ginger, Tamalpan, Bishop Weed, Sesame Seed, Soyawadi, Dry mango, Sugar, Black Pepper, Black Cardamon, Watermelon Seed, Curry Leaves, Pomegranate, Cinnamon, Cloves.
Ground Meat 500 Gms, 1 Large onion, Gram Flour 1/4 cup, Green Chillies 2 Chopped, Salt 1 Tbsp, 1/2 Lemon, 1 Egg, Ghee / Oil / Butter 1/4 Cup, Mangal Kabab Masala, Mangal Chat Masala.
Mix Chopped onion, Gram Flour, Salt together with water & form a paste. Add 4 Tbsp Mangal Kabab Masala. Apply paste on minced meat and keep a side for 30 minutes. Add egg. Knead this mixture until it becomes sticky. Divide this mixture into 12 portions. Thread the Kabab on skewers. Cook under hot grill or charcoal fire. Serve hot garnished with fresh coriander leaves and sprinkle Mangal Chat Masala for a unique paste.
