Ingredients
Turmeric, Star Anise, Roasted Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamon, Coriander, Chillies, Cumin, Pepper, Fenugreek, Mustard, Garlic, Palm Oil.
Required
Tuver Dal 250 Gms, Masur Dal 100 Gms, Pumpkin 50 Gms, Potatoes 2, Onions 2, A few Fenugreek Leaves, Green Chillies, Mint, 2 Tbsp, Oil and Salt to Taste.
Method
Cook Both Dals and Vegetables together in the cooker. After cooking mix it properly in a mixer. Heat 2 Tbsp Oil in a frying pan and Half fry chopped Onions. Add 4 Tbsp Mangal Dhansak Masala and required salt. Add the same to the mixed Dal & Boil for some time. Mangal Veg. Dhansak is Ready.
