Ingredients
Chillies, Turmeric, Coriander, Cumin, Coconut, Salt, Garlic, Vinegar, Ginger ,Lentils Flour, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamon, Vegetable Oil.
Required
2 Chopped onions, 20 gms, Oil,3 tbsp Mangal Curry Paste, 500 gms, Vegetables/ Meat/ Chicken, Fresh Corainder Leaves, 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk.
Method
Fry Onion in Oil. Add Coconut milk along with Vegetables/ Chicken /Meat,Mangal Curry Paste, and salt to taste, Decorate with Fresh Coriander Leaves.
