Coriander, Cumin, Red Chilies, Pomegranate Seeds, Mango Powder, Big Cardamom, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves, Bay Leaves, Salt.

Chick Peas 250 Gm, Oil/Ghee 4 Tbsp, Mangal Chana Masala 4 Tbsp, Medium Size Onions 2 -Chopped
Method
Soak Chick Peas For 4 Hrs Preferably Overnight, Cook And Keep Them Aside. Heat Ghee/Oil In A Deep Pan. Fry Onions Till They Turn Light Brown, Add Mangal Chana Masala And Salt To Taste. Add Cooked Peas And Simmer For A Few Minutes. Serve Hot With Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves, Tomato &Lemon Slices. For Pneer Chole Add 100 Gmof Cottage Cheese.
